Ordering and payment
You can order on this website or on WhatsApp. Payment is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. After you order we confirm the details with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery charges
Delivery is Rs. 0 on orders below Rs. 0, and free on orders of Rs. 0 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. We confirm the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.
7-day returns
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send your order number and clear photos on WhatsApp (+92 349 0157211) or email (himaultofficial@gmail.com) and we will review your request and let you know the next step.
Damaged in transit
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, take a photo before opening it and message us straight away.
