Delivery and Returns
Ordering and payment
You can order on this website or on WhatsApp. Payment is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. After you order we confirm the details with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery charges
Delivery is Rs. 350 on orders below Rs. 10,000, and free on orders of Rs. 10,000 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. We confirm the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.
7-day returns
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send your order number and clear photos on WhatsApp (+92 349 0157211) or email ([email protected]) and we will review your request and let you know the next step.
Damaged in transit
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, take a photo before opening it and message us straight away.
