Your Information Stays Respected
Himault uses the information you give us only to process your order, deliver it, respond to your questions, and — if you subscribe — send store updates. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, optional email, and any order notes. When you sign in with Google to order: your name and email address, which Google shares with us (we never see your Google password). When you subscribe: your email address.
How it is used and shared
Your details are stored in our order system and used to confirm and deliver your order. We share the name, phone number and address with the courier that delivers your parcel. When you place an order, the shop owner is also notified by email with your name, phone number, city and the items ordered. If you give us an email address, we also email you about your order (confirmation and shipping updates). We do not collect card or bank details: orders are paid in cash on delivery.
Cookies and storage
Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
